Asset Creation is a term used in the CG industry for the creation of all bits and pieces, both big and small, used in Film and Games. This Asset Creation program is designed to train working artists in the CG Industry for the roles of Props & Environments for Film, Characters & Creatures for Film, Environments for Games as well as Characters & Creatures for Games.

Susan Anderson
Professor Anderson is the founding director of the USC Dance Program and Company, the USC Dance Conservatory, and the South Carolina Summer Dance Conservatory, which hosts international students and world-renowned faculty and choreographers.

Mark Garrett Cooper
Cooper is a researcher and author who has a strong interest in the history of media institutions. He has published two books on early Hollywood and co-written another book with John Marx that explores the American university as an audience-building enterprise. He is involved in collaborative projects that use digital tools and archival media to connect different disciplines, institutions, and communities.

Minuette Floyd
Professor in Art Education Program – Focuses on Multicultural Art Education, Minuette is currently focusing her research efforts on ethnographic methods and photography to document African-American camp meeting traditions in both North and South Carolina.

William Bates
William H. Bates earned the Bmus in organ and church music and the BA in music theory from Howard Payne University (1966), and both the Mmus and the Dmus in organ performance at Indiana University. Dr. Bates taught organ principals at Indiana University before joining the music faculty of The University of West Florida. From there he went to the University of South Carolina, where from 1978 until his retirement in 2011 he taught organ and music history and also served as associate dean and director of graduate studies for the music school.
