Each student is assigned a personal, state-of-the-art workstation. During your time on campus, you will have access to 4-months of guidance from an industry professional to create and polish your demo reel.

Asset Creation is a term used in the CG industry for the creation of all bits and pieces, both big and small, used in Film and Games. This Asset Creation program is designed to train working artists in the CG Industry for the roles of Props & Environments for Film, Characters & Creatures for Film, Environments for Games as well as Characters & Creatures for Games.

Learn from industry experts

Yui Ishida
Working as a Surfacing Artist and Generalist at Scanline VFX, Yui Ishida’s passion and strength lie in 3D Modeling, Texturing, and Lookdev. A background in fine arts and a Master’s in Japanese Painting, have given Yui a keen eye for detailed work.

Jeremy Hoey
Jeremy Hoey has been an Environments and Digital Matte Artist for over 20 years. Still, nothing gives him more pleasure than sharing experience and expertise with those artists who are just starting to step into the world of VFX. As one of the co-founders of Atmosphere Visual Effects, he’s also worn the hats of manager, entrepreneur, system administrator, and Emmy-winning artist.

Dmitrii Mukhortov
Dmitrii is an experienced Environment Artist with a background in Level Design. For over 10 years, he has worked in the video game industry where he has excelled at the game-level creation process. He is eager to share his knowledge with Think Tank’s students. Being an alumnus himself, he is familiar with the main challenges that students experience in the process of creating their industry-ready portfolios.

Saphir Vendroux
After spending 12 years working as an Environment Artist in the VFX industry, Saphir found herself making the switch to the world of games during the COVID-19 Pandemic. She currently works as Senior Environment Artist at Rockstar Games and develops solo indie games on Unity with C# and Unreal C++ in her spare time.

Marco Menco
Marco Menco is a full-time Facial Modeling specialist at Sony PlayStation Visual Arts. Coming from Italy with a background in fine arts, he brought his passion for shape and form to the film industry for over 15 years where he explored the intricate and layered world of organic modeling and facial expressions for movie characters. In 2022 he accepted a role at PlayStation where he’s currently working and providing film-quality facial modeling.
