The Digital Communication Design course uses a multidisciplinary approach to train professionals who at the end of the program will be able to demonstrate mastery of digital tools and will be prepared to face the new challenges of a sector in continuous evolution.
The IAAD. project of the 2° Level Academic diploma course in Communication Design has exactly this double goal: on the one hand, to strengthen the technical knowledge relating to the most current expressive methods, especially in the digital field; while on the other hand, further develop the themes that make up the set of fundamental principles.
On-Campus With this Postgraduate Course, IAAD. aims to prepare designers who can look at the world of interior design as an area of professional expression of passionate specificity; the main objective of this post-graduate program is to bring students to a concrete understanding of interior spaces, in their physical-geometric as well as perceptual and sensorial features, stimulating their creative skills useful for designing environments identified by high functionality and a concrete expressiveness.
The Master’s in Interior Design aims to train professionals who are able to interpret and design space and implement creative solutions, and who know how to design enclosed spaces, private homes, commercial establishments, workplaces and exhibition spaces.
The Master’s in Event Design & Management was created by IAAD. as a response to recent social and organizational changes, in which events have become important not only for commercial purposes but also for brand awareness and brand narration.
Given its unique geographical structure and climate, Italy’s land is among the richest cradles of biodiversity in Europe. For centuries, this incredible natural and cultural heritage has led the people and communities of our country to invent and create products and ideas that have been exported all over the world.
Now more than ever we feel the urgency of imagining unprecedented educational programming to prepare for professions in the field of communication that are appropriate to the world we inhabit, a world undergoing historic transformations that on one hand force us to reposition ourselves and on the other open up new opportunities and new tools (consider, for example, what happens in the field of information, starting with media such as newspapers, television, podcasts, and ending with new ways of fruition).
The Textile & Fashion Design course aims to train a new generation of professionals who care about sustainability, inclusion and ethics, themes that IAAD. considers a priority in their courses. The program develops the design dimension, a multidisciplinary approach to creating an integrated project that starts with a concept and finishes with the communication of the product.
IAAD.’s Product Design course aims to train a new generation of designers who are able to anticipate the needs of the consumer, creating and disseminating new products and services for future use. The product designer is challenged to find new solutions that respect the environment, work ethic and process optimization while working within the limits set by the market and systems of production.
The undergraduate Course in Innovation Design for Business, Culture and Society is the only three-year bachelor’s course in Italy that trains professionals to use design to manage innovation in crucial issues such as sustainability, the circular economy and inclusiveness.
The course is structured on the topicality of the fashion scenario with particular attention to new consumer behaviors deriving from the digital revolution and production processes, focusing on subjects that will include circular economy, environmental ethics and territorial development.
The 2° Level Academic Diploma Course in Product Design – Food & Beverage Design is a two-year program that addresses the different features of design for the food sector, approaching them with the design methodology.
The Master’s addresses the sector’s ever-growing demand for young designers who can understand and interpret the continuous changes affecting the “two-wheeler” industry, starting with the generational shift from “petrol heads” to “digital natives” who seem to have rediscovered an interest in the subject, calling for diverse new styles and a new social awareness, along with the need for freedom that is characteristic of this activity.
This Master’s course was created as IAAD’s response to a job market that, especially in recent years, requires workers capable of designing, creating and coordinating digital content and products, including photos, videos and texts. These are the elements that work in synergy to communicate a brand’s values and mission online.
IAAD.’s objective has always been to provide an innovative approach to education. The best path to becoming a Transportation Design professional is to learn from experts in the field. This insight has led IAAD. to become the first Italian university specializing in transportation design.
A Car Designer who possesses stylistic and design skills along with a knowledge of ergonomics, material technology and marketing and communication is able to develop multidisciplinary projects that involve sustainable mobility, personal transport and advanced design, to meet the mobility needs of the future. The curriculum emphasizes the importance of artistic foundations: manual and digital drawing and sketching, graphics and 3D modeling.
The interior designer’s scope of work is broad and can include residential living spaces, commercial spaces, such as shops and hospitals, and temporary spaces such as fairs, events, exhibitions and installations
The Master’s in Fashion Management analyzes the processes through which fashion not only becomes an industrial product of important commercial value connected economic and innovative developments, but also a cultural phenomenon and as such a vehicle for values and identity.
The main objective is to provide participants with the necessary skills to operate and manage projects in a conscious and efficient way in a professional environment characterized by considerable complexity, strong correlation of the components involved and a very high rate of change.
